DISCIPLE MAKER INDEX (DMI) SURVEY

Dear Parishioners,

As part of our ongoing effort to strengthen our parish life and deepen our mission of discipleship, we participated last year in the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey conducted by the Catholic Leadership Institute. I want to again thank all of you who took the time to share your experiences, hopes, and reflections. Your voices matter, and they are helping to guide our path forward as a parish family.

With the help of CLI, our Parish Pastoral Council and staff have begun reviewing the results in detail. One important element of the report identifies what are known as Key Drivers. These are the areas of parish life that have the greatest impact on:

  • Whether parishioners would recommend the parish to others,
  • Whether they feel the parish is helping them grow spiritually, and
  • How often they share their faith with others.

These key drivers do not simply reflect programs or activities—they reveal the lived spiritual dynamics that help a parish become a community of intentional disciples. They include the quality of our welcome, the strength of our preaching, our experience of the Mass, access to spiritual guidance, confidence in Church teaching, and how we speak about God’s work in our own lives.

Below, you will find the link to the key driver indicators for our parish. They show both our strengths and the areas where we are invited to grow. In the months ahead, we will continue to study these together and develop specific steps that will help us live more fully our call to be disciples who make disciples.

As always, I welcome your thoughts and reflections. Please feel free to reach out to me, to Fr. Rice, to our deacons, or to any member of the Parish Pastoral Council.

Thank you for your prayer, your presence, and your love for this parish.
