Dear 2027 Confirmation Candidates and Families,
Welcome to the Confirmation preparation process! As mentioned at our meeting, included below are copies of all of the forms that were in the Red Folder that you received at the meeting for you to access/reprint in case you lose your copy or it is destroyed (e.g., spilled beverage, the dog ate it, etc.).
You may turn in any completed paperwork over the summer at the Parish Center. If the office is not open when you come by, please put the paperwork in the white mailbox that is on the wall next to the door. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. You are in our prayers!

(Note: Saint Projects are all being done within the individual classrooms and were due before the end of the 2025-2026 school year for PREP. Mater Dei students will complete the project at the direction of their teachers.)
NOTE: These Works of Charity forms are for the PREP children. Mater Dei has their own form for all 7th grade children at Mater Dei, regardless of parish. The forms are similar, so you may use this form if you lose yours.
